Required assembly dimensions of hardware
Version 1 / 2: Height and distance between full-in/full-out position of glass
A [mm]: distance covered by glass between full-in and full-out position
H [mm]: visible glass height
L [mm]: total glass height
AP [mm]: worktop thickness
OT [mm]: top dead center (top limit switch actuated)
Note: OT can range from 20 mm to 62.5 mm depending on where operating panel is positioned.
A = H + AP + 22 mm
L = H + AP + OT
Example:
H = 450 mm. Worktop thickness is 19 mm and OT is 20 mm.
-> A = 450 mm + 19 mm + 22 mm
-> A = 491 mm.
As a result hardware article no 449.2200.000 must be selected (distance covered by glass between full-in and full-out position ranges from 480 mm to 565 mm).
Resulting glass height is:
-> L = 450 mm + 19 mm + 20 mm
-> L = 489 mm
Self-closing cover strip
Cover strip supplied in L= 1,500 mm, to be shortened by customer.

Position locking units next to glass clamp profile.
Minimum distance between locking units: Version 1 = 805 mm / Version 2 = 1,060 mm.

In combination with a top service plate, a gap of > 12 mm must be provided between the upper edge of the front glass and the lower edge of the top service plate.
