Hardware variations

Tilting of front glass

Vertical position. Position to remove glass. Open position.

Assembly

Drill position of base profile:

Use the screws provided to attach to a multiplex board.
If case surface differs, select suitable fastening material.
Screws are to be screwed from above into the holes specified in the base profile.

Use one adjusting element per glass.

Do not remove the pad on the underside of the adjusting element!

Position the adjusting element as centrally as possible to the length of the glass.

The groove of the adjusting element (B) should be aligned with the drill groove of the base profile (A).

Insertion of front glass

6 or 8 mm glass thickness: use plastic U profile.
10 mm glass thickness: stick self-adhesive foil on both sides of the pane.

Then insert clamp element and glass into the glass clamp profile and tighten screws with 0,6-0,8 Nm.

Insert hardware into base profile tilting the glass slightly towards customer side of counter.

Adjusting tilt of front glass

Open glass and remove front.
Slightly unscrew screws of adjusting element. Shift adjusting element parallel to length of hardware, by one line.

Shift adjusting element in direction of service side = glass tilts more to customer side.

Shift adjusting element in direction of customer side = glass tilts more to service side.

Reinsert glass front and close hardware.

Corner solutions

In case the hardware is intended to contruct cases with external or internal corners, the front glass needs a glass cut-out. Please contact us for further instruction.
